Your hats are comfortable and well made. I recently acquired my late father’s hat (exactly like the one I purchased) and while my wife and I were at the cancer hospital for her Breast Cancer Pre-Op Surgical consultation, I realized a few hours later, that the hat was missing. I called over to all the offices where we were at, and called, and visited the hospital immediately but the hat was gone. I was devastated as you can imagine. I remembered that the hat was a Grey Tweed, and it had a Green Patch sewed inside the hat that read Mucros Weavers, well I searched the internet for that, and I came upon your website, and the price was amazing. I was like that it!!! My wife looked at me, and said get it, and so I did…
It’s looks great but it’s a gift that I will be giving next week so I’ll get back to you after that.
What do I do if the hat is too small ? Can you exchange it with a larger one?

I order a lot of things on line but my experience with Stuart Marley owner of Real Irish was the best experience I have had. I had to return a hat that was too big for me and before I even got off with Stuart he shipped me the correct size. The customer service was outstanding and so is their product. I will definitely order more from them.

I received a hat a few weeks ago but it was too big. I called the company and actually talked to the owner Stuart Marley. I explained that the hat was too big and he immediately took care of it by sending the right size and a return shipping label. I received the new hat in just a few days. His handling this in a timely manner was great customer service. I will definitely purchase more hats as well as some of the other products. I highly recommend you consider them when purchasing authentic Irish products.

The Cap itself is a beauty, but it just wasn't the right fit or color scheme that my son was looking for, so we ordered another cap from Real Irish, a solid color from the linen collection to fit his big noggin, and returned this Mucros Weavers cap. Excellent replacement hat for the one I picked up in Dublin several years ago. These hats are
Comfortable and keep the old bald noggin warm when you need it. These hats will last forever…unless of course you leave it within reach of the Labrador puppy —-hence the need for my replacement. Great fit and feel! Looks great and extremely happy with the hat.
I sent you an email on February 28.
Since then, I have called at least twice.
It is now March 9, and I have yet to receive a response.
The Mucros wool flat cap you sent me has an elastic headband, which I do not want. That detail was not included in the description in your online catalog.
I either want to replace it with a similar cap without an elastic headband, or I would like a refund.
