Exchanges
If you receive an item and it does not fit quite right and you'd like to exchange it for another size or possibly a different style please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email info@realirish.com
Returns at Real Irish
- Returns on orders under $100 are accepted up to 30 days after purchase and will be processed back to the card used to place the order. Refunds typically take the banks 4-6 business days to process.
- Returns on orders $101+ will only be processed as store credit.
- All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the tags still attached to the garment with packaging intact.
- Any and all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to insure the item(s) you are exchanging/returning as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products that are returned to us. We highly recommend you add tracking also.
- We can email you a return label if you request that.
- If a product arrives to you damaged or broken, please let us know by email within 3 days of your delivery being received and an exchange or full refund will be offered, email info@realirish.com
- We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- Fragrances cannot be returned, even if they are unopened.
- Other items such as soaps, lotions and hand creams are non-returnable.

Earrings cannot be returned for health reasons.
