If you receive an item and you'd like to exchange it please let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. email info@realirish.com
Returns
Returns can be made up to 30 days from date of your order being delivered to you. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the tags still attached to the garment with packaging intact.
- Any and all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to insure the item(s) you are exchanging as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products that are returned to us. We recommend you add tracking also.
- If a product arrives to you damaged or broken, please let us know by email within 3 days of your delivery and an exchange or full refund will be offered. email to info@realirish.com
- We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- Fragrances cannot be returned if the factory seal wrapper is opened. Taping or gluing the plastic back is NOT acceptable as the item cannot be sold again as new.
- Other items such as soaps, lotions and hand creams are non-returnable.
- Earrings cannot be returned.
- Any returns over $100 may be subject to a return fee of 20% of the original order value
- Any returns over $200 may be subject to a return fee of 25% of the original order value
- Any returns over $300 may be subject to a return fee of 30% of the original order value
- Any returns over +$301 may be subject to a return fee of 50% of the original order value

Please include a copy of the original packing slip with your order number on it and If you have special instructions include them in the email and also with the package.
