Exchanges
If you receive an item and you'd like to exchange it please let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. email info@realirish.com
Returns
Returns can be made up to 30 days from date of your order being delivered to you. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the tags still attached to the garment with packaging intact.
- Any and all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to insure the item(s) you are exchanging as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products that are returned to us. We recommend you add tracking also.
- If a product arrives to you damaged or broken, please let us know by email within 3 days of your delivery and an exchange or full refund will be offered. email to info@realirish.com
- We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- Fragrances cannot be returned.
- Other items such as soaps, lotions and hand creams are non-returnable.
- Earrings cannot be returned.
- Any returns may be subject to a return/processing fee of 20% of the original order value.
Christmas Gift Returns
- Any purchase made on or after November 8th 2025, can be returned for an exchange or refund up until January 8th 2026.
