The straps are too short to comfortably carry on shoulder. Very uncomfortable to bring with me

It is too small for what I need, can I return it?
Love the Harris Tweed bag that i purchased! I saw it in Edinburgh when we were traveling and when I found it online, after my vacation, I had to purchase it!!!! It’s my new carry in/personal bag for all my upcoming trips. Purchased online and received quickly.

Beautiful bag. Well made. Perfect size for a short trip.
The bag is well built, and the colors are vibrant! Although I confirmed the size prior to ordering, it is a bit small in person- not a deal breaker however. Shipping was quick; all in all a good experience. I will definitely be a Real Irish customer in the future.

I was recently in Scotland and saw this bag that I intended to buy as a gift, but I had no space left in my luggage. I found the same bag here for a lower price and with free shipping.
