How can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us through our contact page. We promise we will do our best to accommodate the situation!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders ship from a central distribution center; therefore, shipping times differ slightly depending on the state or country in which you place your order.

All of our orders will receive tracking information updates via email so you can track your package until it arrives.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $85 before tax.

How much does shipping cost?

If you are located in the United States, our shipping rates typically are $7.95. We also have express options calculated based on the contents of your order. During checkout you can select from any of these options.

We certainly do ship internationally! All international shipping rates are calculated during checkout, based on the content of your order.

Do all of your products come from Ireland?

The majority of our products are imported from Ireland; and all of our products have their cultural roots based in Ireland.

Do you offer local pickup options?

Yes we do! If you are local to Ann Arbor (or are visiting!) we offer local pick up options. Our store address is 213 S 4th Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.

If you are local, you should see a pickup option during checkout.

Is it safe to pay online?

Our store is run on the Shopify commerce platform. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify.

Shopify is very serious about securely hosting our online store and have invested significant time and money to certify their solution is PCI compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, they work really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.

Questions About Irish Caps & Hats

How do I figure out my cap size?

On each of our Irish caps and hat pages you will find an easy to use size guide. We recommend measuring your head and using the size guide to find your best fit.

How should I wash/care for my cap?

Woollen Fabric should be stored in cool, dry, airy conditions and should not be constantly exposed to direct sunlight. The occasional sunlight on top of a head is always okay.

The fabrics used in by Hanna Hats are pre-shrunk. However, there is potential to further shrink these fabrics if hot washed or tumble dried.

Woollen fabric is naturally water repellent and can absorb moisture without any discomfort to the wearer.

Woollen and linen fabric may be dry cleaned only.

Woollen Tweed fabric can be dried naturally. Avoid leaving it too close to direct heaters as scorch marks may ensue.

Do you carry caps from Peaky Blinders?

The hats worn in Peaky Blinders are a classic newsboy style. We certainly do carry these hats - keep an eye out for them in our Irish caps and hats collection!

How long will my Irish cap last?

The Irish cap manufacturers and brands we work with use top quality materials and construction techniques. If your cap is well cared for, it should last a lifetime.
