Here's what to know:
We use the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) First Class Mail as our standard shipping method.
It's a 3-4 day service, traceable and has delivery confirmation.
Need it faster, use Priority Mail or Express Mail, usually next day for most of the U.S.A.
We also use Express Mail to ship International and overseas.
Your order is usually shipped within 24-48 hours after we receive it.
(Overseas orders may be subject to duty charges which you will be responsible for.)
You can see the shipping information online as you process your order.
An email will be sent to you when your order is placed and you can track your package online at USPS.com.

We do NOT ship on Saturdays, January through October.
Orders placed after 12 noon E.S.T. on Fridays will ship on the following Monday.
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, if you need an item that is a different size to what you originally ordered and received, just go back online and reorder the size you need of the item you want. This way you will receive the item you want faster, and you won't have to wait until a return is processed.
Most commonly this happens with caps and due to customer feedback this is the best scenario we have for speedy customer satisfaction.
When we receive your original item back we will refund you for it.
Returns can be made up to 30 days from of initial purchase date
All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the tags still attached to the garment with packaging intact.
Any and all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to insure the item(s) you are exchanging as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products that are returned to us. We recommend you add tracking also.
We charge up to a 15% restocking fee for all returned items to cover our expenses of processing and shipping the item to you. An exception would be made if you ordered a cap in the wrong size and you placed a second order for the same cap in a different size. In that case we would not charge you the restocking fee.
If a product arrives to you damaged or broken, please let us know within the 30 day period and an exchange or full refund will be offered.
There are no returns after 30 days.
Perfumes cannot be returned if opened.
