We ordered this hat because it looked the closest to the favorite hat he lost. I was worried as it wasn’t exactly the same, but to our pleasure it is nicer than the original! The color is a green he hikes and the fit is excellent. It’s a very well made handsome product. I hope he doesn’t loose this one.

Years ago, my father and grandfather, both full Irish had similar caps. As I turned 68 a couple days ago, I figured I needed to continue the legacy! Ordering was easy, delivery prompt. This cap replaces three earlier ones that decided to find new owners. Hats, as we know, can be that way. Fickle. They seem to like certain pubs so well, they decide to stay a bit after the owner departs. The original was a gift from my daughter when she spent 10 days in Donegal with the Gene Dolan family. My daughter and Rogan played soccer (football) together in the early 2000s here in the States. The natural water repellency of the Harris tweed wool yarns is legendary! I'm a customer for life, well, because, I will continue to visit pubs wearing (and unwearing because gentlemen remove their hats indoors) your caps.
This tweed flat cap is beautiful, beautifully made and …… warm! I hadn’t anticipated how warm it’d be — but I’m not complaining!
