It looks like you've placed 3 orders with us, thank you for that, for 3 wool throws and 2 mohair throws. You have left 2 Loox photo reviews for us online but your second photo review was a 1 star review on May 11th: "After purchasing two of these "Irish Throws", and praising them, "Real Irish" jacked the price up on them by 25%! Not cool. I'm telling all my friends in the US, IR, GB, & the rest of the EU to avoid buying from a seller that will jack up the prices after getting my endorsement. Shame on YOU!" First of all I'm sorry your review was not addressed sooner, but times are still quite challenging for us to be able to do all that needs to be done in our small family run business. You accused us of 'jacking up the prices on our wool throws' because we got your endorsement, which is just NOT the case. During Covid (March 2020 tp present day) things have gotten a lot more challenging not only to purchase from our Irish suppliers but also getting the products to the US. Raw goods (wool, yarn) have doubled if not more in price and shipping has tripled, sometimes quadrupled. ALL of our suppliers have had to raise their prices, some by as much as 40%, then with shipping being so difficult and expensive, we have also had to analyze and increase our prices to be able to stay in business. None of this was done to you personally, I hope you can understand that. You have placed 3 orders with us, thank you, and left 2 Loox photo reviews. The second review on May 11th gave us a 1 star rating (see your written review above) which we feel is very unjustified. We pride ourselves on giving ALL of our customers the best service we can and that is reflected in our very high customer rating scores. We also offer free shipping (which you have had on all of your orders, as well as 15% discount codes for the Loox picture reviews, which you have used on your second and third orders, you used our FAILTE10 for your first order which gave you 10% off. You were even able to use a 15% discount code despite leaving us a 1 star review. We feel that is exceptional customer service and great value for you and we would like you to consider changing your 1 star review to better reflect all of this. If there is something more we could do for you please let us know. We want you to also be a solid 5 star rating customer for as long as you choose to shop with Real Irish. Regards ~ Stuart.
