This is the classic flat cap made with handloomed Co. Donegal wool, with a snap closure on the brim.
Truly the genuine article, master weaver Eddie Doherty weaves the wool on an antique loom in a small town in Co. Donegal. Eddie is one of the few remaining traditional handweavers left in Donegal.
The wool is then sewn into these high quality hats.
If you've ever seen and felt Eddie's work, you instantly recognize the quality of his weaving. It is incredibly beautiful and very soft; the closer you look, the more colors you see.
